Family Friendly Jacques Whitford in Canada's Top 10...Again!
For the second year in a row, Jacques Whitford has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 10 Family Friendly Employers.
Organized by the editor's of Canada's Top 100 Employers, the Today's Parent Top 10 list recognizes those employers offering Canada’s most progressive and forward-thinking programs. Those on the list are considered leaders in helping employees balance their work and family commitments.
Employers are evaluated in terms of the programs and initiatives they have to assist employees with young families. These include benefits such as maternity and parental leave top-up, the availability of flexible work arrangements and assistance with daycare. In addition, they look at any unique programs an employer may have to address specific work-life balance issues unique to their industry.
